About the colour: Fontaine de la Justice
The Fontaine de la Justice is a colourful, sculptured fountain from the renaissance on the Place de la Palud, one of the most picturesque squares of the city. At this square you will also find the famous Horloge de la Palud, an animated clock with historical figures (with green accents) that appear every hour. The chosen colour is lifted form the fountain but it fits Lausanne in many ways. For instance it reflects the exceptional natural setting of the city, the number of green spaces and the focus on sustainability.
